· Must have very strong verbal communications Skill and good interpersonal skills.· Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge is a must.· Basic Knowledge of Networking.· Ability to work different shifts in a 24×7 environment.· Excellent analytical skills.· CCNA or equivalent hands on experience preferred. · Answer all incoming technical support calls in queue with appropriate opening script, log all calls, walk customers though the trouble shooting steps.· Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, browser configurations, personal firewalls, email issues, and TCP/IP issues.
