  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity and email clients.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures;
  • Research required information using available resources;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and Configuration of client’s link based on their problems.
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
