Description

1) Verification of applicants’ documents according to criteria and filling Bio Data forms as demanded by HR Manager.
2) Completing employee file of new hires on joining date after document verification.
3) Filling new employees’ joining form & communicating to relevant OM.
4) Preparing documents and record for assets (e.g. computer, rack, chair, table, sim, vehicle etc.) issued to employees and adding to their employee files.
5) Keeping record of employee probation completion dates and notifying HR Manager a week earlier to ensure timely assessment of probationer.
6) Keeping record of & notifying HR Manager for increment dates of employees.
7) Maintaining up-to-date record of Admin equipment purchased, installed or repaired along with warranty dates.
8) Clearance of employee when he resigns or is fired.
9) Resolving issues of employee salaries, overtimes & absentees etc. at every month end in coordination with Admin & Accounts.
10) Visiting the whole factory at shift start to note down the administrative issues (repair, maintenance, safety & housekeeping) in any area. Communicating to Admin Manager & monitoring the resolution within time specified.
11) Issuing notices to transporter for any problems in coordination with Admin Manager & keeping track of it.
12) Making calendars for fumigation, fire-fighting & first aid training. Keeping record of expiry dates of fire extinguishers & medicines in First Aid Boxes. Notifying HR Manager on appropriate time.
13) Keeping updated list of nearby hospitals, ambulance services & police station’s contact numbers. Performing any other such duties assigned by HR Manager like coordination of projects etc.
