Administer purchase of food items, water supply, newspapers, courier / postage, canteen/daily lunch, attendance of service staff, stationary items, house keeping, and utility bills. Prepares reports concerning resource occupancy, and department expenses.Handle all administrative affairs like attendance, leave, loan, internal communication, behaviors and Facilitate to arrange meetings in board prepare meeting rooms and provide administrative support as and when required. Handles all company vehicles its repair and maintenance. Troubleshoot urgent business needs when required and ensure proper working of generator, daily oil, auto reset, repair and maintenance. Make travel arrangements, hotel booking, etc. for all office executives.Keep backup inventory of related essential parts and equipments.Keep update all related SOPs on regular basis.Maintained and update all related records, files, maps and documents, etc. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
